10. HIPAA

Curbside, LLC is not subject to the Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act as it is not a covered entity as defined. While our App is designed for healthcare professionals, it is not intended for the sharing of PHI. Users are strictly prohibited from sharing any PHI through the App. If you believe PHI has been shared inappropriately, please contact us immediately.

11. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
